Nudeln/Spätzle usw.

600g. Mehl
400g. Grieß(Hartweizengrieß) 6 Eier Salz 2cl. Olivenöl alles vermischen, bisschen ruhen lassen und dann mit der Nudelmaschine Nudeln machen. Da gibts im www.Chefkoch.de tolle Rezepte und eine Videoanleitung. Mfg. Nicolino |
